Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Returns and Refunds

Because our items are personalised, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if valid
